Who attends a Restorative Justice Conference?

• The victim or victim's representative.
• The offender.
• Two facilitators will work together to handle our conferences.
• Family members and / or support people for the victim and offender (which may include professionals).
  

Restorative Justice is a voluntary process

• You choose to participate or not.
• You may opt out at any time.
• Forewarn the facilitator when you want to stop or take time out.
• If you have complaints or concerns you should contact the Coordinator.
