Victim Advisor contacts Victim
Facilitators contact offender and victim to

Facilitators decide whether a restorative
justice conference would be appropriate
Both offender and victim agree to attend
A conference is held in a safe and suitable
location
A Court report is completed before the
Judge sentences the offender
